oyster shucking shut down in french quarter, walrus and seals, and carville vs obama

BP will be shutting down oyster shucking in New Orleans french quarter (http://www.nola.com/news/gulf-oil-spill/index.ssf/2010/06/new_orleans_oyster_shuckers_fe.html).  I guess the oysters couldn't just swim away, the way that the fish, walrus, and seals can.  what the...?  I'm inclined to agree with James Carville, who recently on CNN was suggesting we start arresting BP executives for their shenanigans.  I have been wondering when our government will seriously begin to address this issue.  Who cares if some people are taking offense to Carville's attack of Obama's and the administration's response?
