teething, top kill didn't work

Tilda is officially teething.  Oof.  I would have bet a good deal that the ol' 'top kill' would be a failure.  I should have posted on the blog to that effect.  As it turns out, that is exactly what happened (http://www.nytimes.com/2010/05/30/us/30spill.html?hp).
